As a talented starter you are dreaming big. In grandeur, virtually nothing surpasses the immense scale of world ports and their activity. Discover the impressive maritime world and define your spot in the supply chain. Venturn guides you through a two-year adventure, in which you work as a consultant on challenging assignments on important topics like energy transition and digital transformation. Work with numerous public and private organizations in the sector and connect with IT companies. Develop competencies that contribute to a better future for yourself and the world around you.

Venturn sets out a 24-month programme for you, which you go through together with like-minded people. During the traineeship, you work as a junior consultant on assignements at four Venturn clients that immerse you in the perspective offered by the maritime supply chain. Think of terminals, offshore companies, port authorities and logistics service providers that are active all over the world. During this period you will learn many new things. Both hard and soft skills. With the personal development and international network you gain in this way, you will be able to realize the change that resolve the challenges of the supply chain of the future.
