On Thursday, November 14th, we hosted the latest edition of our VYP Alumni Event—an inspiring evening centered around connection. The event brings together current VYP’ers and VYP graduates, as well as clients connected to the VYP traineeship for valuable networking and meaningful discussions.
The programme
Wouter van Dijk kicked off the evening with insights into the VYP traineeship and his ambitious vision for the future. Dirk Paans took the stage to discuss the importance of leadership and its connection to Lumina Spark. With this tool, we help leaders and managers gain a deeper understanding of their behavioral preferences and leadership profiles. This enables them to influence their own behavior and become more effective in achieving shared goals. Venturn’s investment in this tool enhances our ability to support professionals in their leadership journey.

Young Port Talent 2025
Virginia Gonzalez and Arthur Kavelaars inspired the audience with personal pitches in which they shared their motivation to become Jong Haventalent 2025 and follow in VYP alumna Charlotte Janssen’s footsteps.
